Working with Caroline
How I work
I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based, Solution-focused brief therapy and Motivational interviewing. Together we choose what fits you best, aiming for practical tools you can use between sessions.
What to expect at a first session
During the first session, Mrs. Augustin spends time getting to know the client and their family. The session focuses on understanding concerns and challenges, and on finding ways to work together toward growth and goals.
Who I work with best
Mrs. Augustin works with many clients facing anxiety and school-related challenges. She problem-solves alongside them and supports them as they work toward their goals.
