Does this sound familiar?

Depression isn’t always sadness. Sometimes it’s numbness, irritability, or exhaustion. You might notice some of these lasting more than two weeks.

  • Persistent low, empty, or irritable mood
  • Loss of interest in things you used to enjoy
  • Fatigue or low energy most days
  • Sleeping too much, or too little
  • Trouble concentrating or making decisions
  • Feeling worthless, guilty, or like a burden
  • Changes in appetite or weight
  • Thoughts that life isn’t worth living

You don’t need to check every box. If a few of these feel familiar, get in touch.

How we treat depression

Evidence-based care, matched to you.

Your clinician draws from these proven approaches and tailors a plan to your goals, history, and pace.

Cognitive & behavioral therapy

Evidence-based talk therapy to interrupt the cycle of low mood, rebuild routine and activity, and challenge the harsh self-talk depression feeds on.

Interpersonal & supportive therapy

Depression often shows up in our relationships. We’ll work on connection, communication, and the life transitions that can trigger a low.

Medication management

We carefully evaluate whether antidepressant medication could help, and adjust thoughtfully, in close coordination with your therapist.

Behavioral activation & lifestyle

Small, structured steps (movement, light, sleep, connection) that rebuild momentum when getting started feels impossible.

Is what I’m feeling actually depression?

If low mood, loss of interest, or exhaustion have lasted more than two weeks and are affecting daily life, it’s time to talk to someone. A first session can help name what’s happening and what would help. No diagnosis is required to start.

What if therapy hasn’t worked for me before?

Treatment-resistant depression is something we have real experience with. Sometimes it’s a matter of the right approach, the right clinician fit, or coordinating therapy with medication. We’ll work to find what actually moves the needle for you.

Do you prescribe antidepressants?

Yes. We can evaluate, prescribe, and manage medication, working hand-in-hand with your therapist so your whole care team is aligned.

What if I’m having thoughts of suicide?

Please reach out right away. Call or text 988 any time, day or night. If you’re a current client, call our office and we’ll help. You deserve support, and these thoughts are treatable.

Ready to talk to someone?

We’re accepting new clients now. Reach out today and we’ll help you take the first step, usually within a week or two.
