is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has provided individual, family, and relationship counseling to children, adolescents and adults for the past 20 years. She earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Counseling from the University of Virginia. Ms. Campanella has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient private practice, community mental health, inpatient psychiatric and substance abuse treatment facilities, and juvenile detention. She provides services to individuals ranging in age from early childhood to adult. 

Ms. Campanella incorporates a mindfulness approach and utilizes a variety of experiential practices, including guided imagery, expressive and art-based therapies, including sand tray and mandala. Through this practice, individuals are encouraged to discover, appreciate and connect with their personal strength, wisdom, and creativity and are guided to develop the skills and direction needed to accomplish the healing and change they desire in their lives.
